Florida Real Estate Market Bolstered By Top Three Growing Cities
As of late 2005, Florida has been the home to three of the countries fastest growing cities. Fort Myers-Cape Coral, Naples-Marco Island and Orlando are all attracting record numbers of new inhabitants, and their respective Florida real estate markets are reflecting that interest.
This unprecedented growth is not only boosting the residential Florida real estate market, but also the commercial market. In Lee County alone, there are now more than 13,000 new businesses.
“The US Census Bureau ranks Orlando 20th on the fastest-growing list,” while Naples comes in at number four. But regardless of which area is growing faster, Florida real estate development and construction remains strong in all three markets.
