Florida Real Estate Industry´s High Tech Transformation

In an effort to attract Internet savvy real estate buyers and sellers, both nationally and abroad, the Florida real estate market is undergoing an enormous transformation.

"The latest statistics indicate that some 85% of all real estate buyers and sellers begin the process online," making the Internet the most important tool a Florida real estate agent has to generate leads.

The three primary reasons for the industry´s transformation include the increasing number of Florida real estate sellers and buyers that spend time online and the cost effective nature of online advertising. A simple website has become a Florida real estate agent´s best business card for attracting new buyers, repeat business and referrals.

The only negative aspect of online Florida real estate sales is the enormous quantity of existing websites. "A Google search query for ´Naples real estate agents` now returns 686,000 web results. A Yahoo search query for ´Naples real estate agents` returns 1,560,000 web results." This overwhelming number of sites can turn off prospective buyers and challenge Florida real estate agents.
