Prestige Develops Over 1,500 Florida Homes
In early August, Prestige Builders Partners, one of Florida´s most successful real estate developers, closed "the largest multi-family complex purchase" in the state with its acquisition of six properties in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. All together, Prestige has purchased more than 1,500 Florida homes.
Three of the complexes, Crown Pointe at the Township, Forest Pointe at the Township and Star Pointe at the Township, are located in Coconut Creek and contain 732 Florida homes. Residents of the Township community will have an aquatic center with two pools, a bath house, a sports center with five lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, locker rooms and a 625-seat auditorium.
There are two complexes with 488 Florida homes in Delray Beach, Spring Landing and Spring Harbor, and the last of Prestige´s 293 Florida homes are located at Tuscany Place in Plantation. These three complexes boast "proximity to shopping centers, excellent schools, pristine beaches, and access highways."
