Hurricane Victims Find New Home in CED Florida Apartments
On September 7, 2005, CED-Concord Management, a national real estate developer, builder and management company, announced that it was waiving its application fee and one month´s rent from all of its Florida apartments for people displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
"One-, two-, three- and four bedroom" Florida apartments all over the state were immediately made available. CED-Concord´s Florida apartments can be found in over 30 cities, including Bradenton, Daytona Beach, DeLand, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Kissimmee, Naples, Orlando, Sarasota, Tallahassee and Tampa.
CED leasing associates "are expediting the application process for hurricane victims," with Florida apartment applications being approved in six hours or less. A $200 security deposit is required, and "lease terms range from seven months to one year, however [sic.] special lease considerations may be available for families who can return home in as little as 60 days."
