Florida Homes for Sale Experience High Appreciation

Florida homes for sale in Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast observed huge price increases over the past year. An article in the Palm Beach Post last week cited a study by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, which said Florida homes for sale were fifth in the nation for highest price increases. This took into account sales of previously owned homes.

The Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville area of Florida was fifth in the nation of all metropolitan areas. It witnessed a yearly home-price increase of 31.2%.
