Central Florida Real Estate Sees Big 2-Year Gains

Central Florida’s Local News 6 is reporting that Central Florida real
estate has skyrocketed in price over the past 24 months. Orange County
real estate, on average, has risen 27%, with many properties appreciating
by even higher percentages. Values in the northwest part of the county
were propped up even further because of a special land sale.

Central Florida real estate documented other big increases. In
Maitland/Winter Park, average prices rose 50%. Average home resale prices
reach $265,000 in the Conway Belle Isle area - up 44 percent in the last
24 months.
