Wilder Cos. Purchases Two Florida Land Parcels

This past summer, Wilder Cos., a developer, manager and leaser of retail property, purchased Florida land at two different sites. One of the Florida land parcels is in Orlando, where Wilder is using its 13 acres to build The Rialto, “a 350,000 square-foot mixed-use development of specialty retail, luxury residences, and office space slated to open in 2007.”

Wilder also purchased 43 acres of Florida land in Estero, where it “plans to construct a 30,000-square-foot shopping center called Estero Crossing.” The center will also open in 2007 and house 25 merchants plus “a 30,000-square-foot building of small shops, restaurants and cafes.”
