Florida Home Sales, Home Prices Up in March

The Florida Association of Realtors announced that homes sales and median
prices were both up in March. 24,045 homes were sold - up 6% over march
2004. The median price rose 28% over last year, to $212,300.

This gives Florida the highest median price of any state in the country.
